You may have your own favorite food for breakfast or snack, but for me, cinnamon bread is the one that I always love to bake every morning. This delicious cinnamon bread is perfect partner with hot choco or coffee. The very reason why I love cinnamon bread is because of its health benefits that we could benefit from it.

Cinnamon contains minerals like fiber, calcium, manganese and iron. It also helps our blood sugar levels become stable. As a matter of fact, American Diabetes Association recommends cinnamon for diabetic individuals to help control their insulin levels and was proven effective.

So for today’s recipe, we’ll tackle about making the best and easy cinnamon bread. See below for the whole process as well as its ingredients.


3 cups of all-purpose flour

1/2 cup of sugar

2 teaspoons of yeast

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 cup of milk

1/2 cup of butter

2 large eggs

1 cup of cinnamon chips

Cinnamon-Sugar, for topping
